Who Qualifies?
The GBIS scheme is designed for households that would benefit the most from energy efficiency improvements. Even if you’re unsure, it’s worth applying, as we will check your eligibility for the ECO4 and LA Flex grants if you’re ineligible for GBIS. Below is the basic criteria for GBIS:
- Homeowners (No benefit required)
- Tenants (Benefit required)
- EPC rating D or lower
- Council tax band A-E
